i just realized we’re right smack in the middle of 2012 and i haven’t done my “the best of 2011”, such that i am compelled to think of at least two things that were great last year. one of the best days of my life- 8.8.12- don’t need to explain what happened there.
another great day was my graduation day from grad school which was awesome even though i didn’t get to go on stage, we just stood there in our togas and smiled for pictures. i was feeling detached as my last graduation but hey that at least marks the end of a good chapter in life.
also there was my publication which got accepted in a scientific journal. that kind of thing is always a good accomplishment in life.
